3. Apply primer — it improves adhesion and reduces glue consumption
4. Let the wall dry completely before hanging wallpaper

Wallpaper applied to an even, primed wall goes on without bubbles and lasts much longer.

We deliver wallpaper across all of Ukraine. Available delivery methods:

• Nova Poshta — delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier to your address
• Ukrposhta — delivery to a branch (budget option for smaller orders)
• In-store pickup from our showroom in Kremenchuk — free of charge, with the option to inspect the product in person

Yes, under Ukrainian consumer protection law, you can return wallpaper of proper quality within 14 days of receiving the product, not counting the day of purchase. Return conditions:

• Wallpaper remains in original packaging (rolls unopened)
• Product appearance and labels are preserved
• Receipt or other proof of purchase is available
• Product has not been used

Important: wallpaper adhesive and custom-sized photo wallpapers are non-returnable.

It depends on the specific item:

• In stock — most popular collections. Shipped within 1 business day after payment
• Made to order — select collections and exclusive items. Delivery time is 5–7 business days

Check availability of specific wallpaper with our manager — they will confirm the current status and suggest alternatives if the item is out of stock.

If you find a manufacturing defect (pattern mismatch, incorrect print, stains, roll damage), contact us within the warranty period. Steps to follow:

1. Stop wallpapering immediately after discovering the defect
2. Keep all labels from the rolls (1 label = 1 roll)
3. Take clear photos of the defect
4. Contact us by phone, email, or the website form
5. Send the defective product with labels attached

Important: before continuing work, apply 2–3 strips first, inspect them carefully, and only then proceed with the rest of the room.

To calculate the required number of rolls, follow these steps:

1. Measure the room perimeter (sum of all wall lengths)
2. Measure the wall height from floor to ceiling
3. Divide the perimeter by the roll width (0.53 m or 1.06 m) to get the number of strips
4. Divide the roll length (usually 10.05 m) by the wall height plus 5–10 cm allowance to get strips per roll
5. Divide the total strips by strips per roll and round up

Add 1 extra roll for pattern matching and possible mistakes. You can also send your room dimensions to our manager — the calculation is free.

Yes! Here's how it works:

1. Send us a photo or an image you like
2. A designer will assess the quality and suggest the optimal size (minimum 100 dpi at wall dimensions)
3. You'll receive a mockup with the image fitted to your wall
4. Once approved, we start printing
